"I don't like this place. I gave them my Lexus car, and it was very slightly damaged. They tried to repair it and destroyed the gear shift. They did not acknowledge their mistake. I took my car to another place and it cost me $7,000,000. They are the reason."
"Our vehicle was hit by a deer back in January and the body shop finally got our car repaired by March, but they were very transparent and honest about the fact our insurance company was dragging their feet on paying out on our claim. Sarah was incredibly helpful in explaining what we needed to do and what was happening with our insurance company, so based on that information, we switched insurance carriers as soon as our policy expired.
