"If you drive a Subaru and live or study near Ray's then you are in luck. Ray kept my daughters Outback in top shape while she was a student at Syracuse. He really knows these inside and out (30 years experience) which is handy because he can do things faster and right the first time. He is also a good guy, for example: my daughter's hood rod holder was missing and she had been using an elastic to keep the rod from bouncing onto the spinning belts. She took the car in for exhaust service and Ray saw this, found one he had 'kicking around' and installed it for her. He just did it on his own, that is how Ray rolls."
