This Dr. gave me 1 dose and said he can go 12 times more. 1 was enough. You just have to be careful with them setting an appointment and you forget about it"

"Where do I start, My husband had an appoint with the dentist and although he did cancel the appointment twice he had made another appointment that he could not make because he had to work overtime at his job. I called to cancel and make another appointment, I know the policy is that they will charge $50.00 . however we work from paycheck to paycheck and can not afford the $50.00. I explained it. They did not want to here it and were very rude. They said it's the doctors valuable time. Yet when we go and wait in the waiting room for close to an hour that is our valuable time. They said they will charge us the next time we go $50 plus what ever work they do. I said you just lost two patience. I was waiting for a law suit so that I can get a lot of work done on my teeth. Over $3000 to be exact , they just lost me too. All for $50. What a shame. One Star because of there customer service. Very Rude. I will never refer them."
