"had me wait for an hour and a half and kept telling me they’ll call me right in. they messed up my appointment time i called and asked for 10:45 and when they called to confirm they said 10:45 and i get there and it’s set for 3:30. they didn’t even tAke me i ended up just leaving. terrible service."

"If I could give zero stars I would. Worst service of my life. The assistant insisted they needed extra X-rays to see if I can get extractions done for my braces even though they had other X-rays to review. After waiting an hour in the room, the dentist comes in and asks me what else do I need besides a cleaning. I was only there for a consultation. She proceeded to open my mouth look inside to tell me she couldn’t remove my teeth. The assistant never even told her what I was there for. An hour of waiting just so she can take less than a minute looking in my mouth to tell me she couldn’t remove my premolars. I went to another dentist who looked at the X-rays I already had & was able to schedule extractions. This place is horrible. No one has a clue of what they are doing. On top of that, they were speaking ill of me in Spanish outside my room. I understand Spanish. I heard every word. Completely unprofessional. I was also able to hear them speak of other patients. They said their names out loud mocking them. How horrible."

"I went to Dr. Sujatha Murthy. and Dr. Bhumi Upadhyay worked on my teeth. I am still in pain. They told me she is in net work. She is not. She charged me extra $7.00 to my HSA(Health Savings Account). I specific asked for in network doctor. Be ware I never go back again an I let my family and friends knows not to go to this dentist. I didn't have my HSA card with me so Bhumi Upadhyay said leave my wife there and go get card. I was like what the f. I respected my own self not to say because of a lady. otherwise if that was man I would said it loud. Watch out."

"Amazing staff. The receptionist was kind and had everything ready. Once I was done filling out papers less than 5 min later I was called to the back. Not even 5 min again the Dr was in. I mean so freaking mind. Then it’s so clean in there. I absolutely recommend this place. I have issues w my teeth and not once did I be made to feel less than or embarrassed. I will bring my kids here and come back. I truly recommend this place."
