"Extremely aggressive, very rude & waited 1 hour on the waiting room, finally they send me to the back, he started complaining of how i missed my last appointment. last time there he did a cleaning had a small filling ask him if he could fix it and he said no and by him doing a CLEANING MY TEETH DID A BIGGER HOLE!!! ON THE BACK OF MY FRONT TOOTH, WENT BACK Told him what teeth was bothering me EVERY TIME I WILL EAT and he said he didn't care he was going to fix the teeth in the back which that teeth was perfectly fine. He also was yelling at me like if i was his daughter and ask me to get up from the chair to stop wasting his time and to go somewhere else."

"This place is beyond horrible the dentists that work at Dental Plaza should all be investigated if anyone from the NJ MEDICAD OFFICE should investigate the unprofessionalism from Dr. S how nasty rude and unpleasant he is…."

"Dr Ruiz Ruined my two front teeth. Paid out of pocket for crowns that kept falling out. Kept having to go every month to cement them back in. Never went back. She recemented the teeth the last time. They fell out within hours. Never go to this place. Bertha Ruiz should lose her license. And she is married to the other dentist in there too. Horrible place."
