"Unbelievable the experience I just had calling this salon. I called and asked if they had availability for today for a color and a cut and that I'd like to go back to my natural color. The older woman on the phone thought she covered the mic and ear pieces but clearly didn't. I overheard her asking the stylist on duty if she wanted to do it and all I heard on my end was " ugh no color over highlights, I'm not doing that!" THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE TO ME THAT A SALON WITH SUCH GREAT REVIEWS WOULD ACT LIKE THIS. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, AND I WILL DEFINITELY BE SPREADING THE WORD!"
