"While visiting family in NY we decided to drive a couple hours to visit our 1st mountain coaster. Worst idea ever. Communication was poor on how to ride the coaster a couple people in our party got stuck before being released from the top. After a 4 min ride to the top the coaster was about 30seconds-1min long. So short, not fun at all and definitely not worth the $17 pp we paid and the 2 hour drive. We decided to stay and try their zip lining. The instructors of the group took us to a "practice zip line" and proceeded to tell us "this is a practice line. You will get 4 lines total" later we realized the practice line was counted as 1. The zip lining was fun, but also not worth it. Plus each person had to carry their own heavy line attachments which didn't work for smaller children. Overall 2 stars total. Because at least the staff was super friendly."
"If I could give no stars I would prefer doing that. Greek peak resort has a system to add your group into an account and use it in all their attractions. There was an issue with the first attraction and they fixed it in 15 mins (not quick), with no one else waiting behind us. At their second attraction when we used the account for our group, there was another issue and they took the joy of making our group wait in the hot sunny outdoor and resolved in 25 mins. We should have known them by then but we made a mistake to go to their third attraction, mountain coaster. They took more than 20 mins to check us in. At the coaster, the associate found another issue which is clearly their system. They could have resolved it easily, but they chose to humiliate and more clearly wanted us to wait. If I were to recommend someone to a place for fun and better experience, I would rather have them do nothing than go this hell. AVOID THIS PLACE."
"Fun mountain coaster that's open year-round. Got to do this one in the snow, which was great minus a little windburn on my face (bring gloves!). Decent pricing, friendly staff, and scenic views make for one great time."
"What a pleasant surprise to stumble upon on our Summer Roadtrip through New York! The location was super clean and had that new wood smell which was very inviting. Attendence was low when we first arrived earlier in the day which was great and gave us easy ride access with low crowds and wait times. Our wait was maybe 3 minutes tops. Such a fun ride up the pulley system through the mountains and an exhilarating ride down. It was great getting used to our own rider controlled speeds. Our family was confident in riding solo and tandem. Staff was excellent. They were kind, helpful, enthusiastic We were lucky to go on Wednesday when it was "Pay Your Age Day" for those 17 years old and younger. And 50 percent off Adults for Unlimited Rides. We were able to ride 10 times each in about one - two hours. A must go if in the area."
"Whizzing down the mountainside through the woods could hardly be more fun and exhilarating. The ride up is pleasant, too. I wouldn't consider paying full price, even for unlimited rides, but we had a great group rate."
