"Good location for Ski. Literally across the street. The place needs maintenance and refurbishing to make it better (carpets, elevator, better louging areas for groups). My main piece of feedback is the service quality is inconsistent. Some staff members are friendly (Robyn at Coffee shop and Tammy at restaurant) while others are very dry. This is a vacation place, so please train the staff to make them serve better. Not asking for much, but... adding thank yous, have a nice days, let me see what we can do, etc. Also, charging 65 cents for an extra stick for smores, after spending a week in a suite with multiple meals per day for 5 seems penny foolish. So, care for those details and you will get better reviews."

"Our recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Despite our reservation clearly stating that the room would have a refrigerator, we were initially provided with a room without one. After complaining, a malfunctioning refrigerator was brought to our room, rendering it useless. Additionally, we encountered issues with the remote for the TV, which was not working properly. As a result, we were unable to use the TV during our stay, further adding to our disappointment. To make matters worse, the pool was closed during our stay, leaving my three kids bored and without any entertainment. The arcade machines, located in a poorly maintained basement, were also not functioning properly and were in an isolated area. Considering the hefty price tag of 3000 CAD for a four-night stay, we expected much better service and amenities. Unfortunately, the hotel fell short in every aspect. Even the food and coffee shop left much to be desired. Overall, we were extremely disappointed with our experience at this resort. The lack of a functioning refrigerator, closed pool, poorly maintained arcade machines, and the inability to use the TV made our stay far from enjoyable. We strongly advise against choosing this hotel and resort."

"We took our grandchildren to the water park and had a blast! The facilities are well managed except that the water slides opened about an hour later than everything else. We paid to use a locker for my purse but our clothes and towels were safe when left at a table. Lifeguards were attentive and helpful."

"My daughter attended a birthday party at the water park inside the Lodge. This place, as part of the greater Greek Peak resort, is unique to the area. It was packed, so it's a popular place. They have a hot food kiosk. At the pools, there are a lot of lifeguards. The facilities seem well maintained."
