Valet Auto Wash Syracuse

"The manager Bruce is extremely rude and has zero customer service skills. I paid for a membership and canceled it after I was told nobody had the time to put a sticker on my car 3 times , I went to get a car wash because I had a month remaining and he tried to refuse it and intimidate me and make me feel uncomfortable, claimed he couldn’t prove I paid when I had my card- bank statement and the cancellation email then he tried to say it was gonna refund me which is not true because it’s been a week sense valet auto washed charged my card. He came out with a sticker put it on my card ripped half of my registration off doing it!!! How does this man even have a job here? when I asked for his district managers info he refused."

"My first time here today because it was close to me and I didn’t have a lot of time to go anywhere else wasn’t bad except there was still some soap on the back and a little debris still I didn’t have time to go back thru or talk to anybody I probably won’t go back especially after seeing what happened to other people"

"My rear windshield wiper was ripped off with enough force to pull out the wiper motor gasket and cause a leak into my car during the wash. That allowed the soap and water to flooded the trunk interior panels with it. I had to get the people working to go back into the wash and retrieve my broken white pepper on that needs to be replaced and repaired. The employee was a little help and did not even bother to come the right way to me. They walked in a family circus style path to tune return it to me. 0 out of 10 I would not recommend"

"Used to be great wash when it first opened and now it's not maintained well. Going through the tunnel you see that sprayers aren't working at all, it's dirty looking, soap just drizzle's out and barley gets on the vehicle, and not to mention the recent $2.00 price increase and things still not working right. For $16.00 you would think you're vehicle would actually be clean! **Update** First time back in 6 months, was hoping they resolved their issues and still an incomplete wash on the back of my truck. Upside is it's a much better wash overall than the new go wash place so have to take the good with the bad I guess."

"I’m not sure what the “valet” part of name refers to but certainly there’s nothing valet about it. Huge, modern facility. Exterior car wash is like the Delta Sonic except there’s not someone to pre-spray your car. Afterwords you drive into an interior bay with endless stations where you can use a free vacuum, air spray and microfiber cloth to dry/dust your car. It’s not exactly user friendly as it took me a while to figure out how to get the vacuum out of its holder. Other similar businesses provide bottles of glass / interior cleaner which would have been really helpful. This particular location does not offer interior detailing."
