"My daughter went in for a loud exhaust. They gave her two quotes, $300-400 and $3000, for the same work - only one long term and one short term fix. Why on earth would the same “repair” be $2500+ difference in price?!? Does that mean one method is a cob job and other actual mechanical work?!? It does not cost $3000 to fix a flex pipe on an exhaust! I will not send my daughter to them ever again, disappointed SUNY Cortland supports this organization when they do this to young adults in college."
"My daughter is a full time student at SUNY Cortland and works nearly full time as a waitress so she needs a working vehicle. She went to JAX a couple of years ago for service and she was treated fairly and received professional service. More recently she had serious issues with her vehicle which had lost compression in one of the cylinders. After a complete tear down, machine work on the cylinder head etc. she is back in business. So nice to have competent and trustworthy service professional. Thank you JAX!"
