"I’ve been coming to the store for over a year now and what should be an ideal location is just frustrating at this point. I’ve reframed myself from saying anything but it’s come to a point I must address it. Off the bat the coffee there for a period of time tasted burnt… each cup to the point where I just started going to the local Bodega for my coffee. Every time I go up before I even have a chance to plug in my number I feel like the workers bypass it and don’t give you the opportunity to plug it in. I like to try to gather my rewards and there’s times where I feel like I’m feeling rushed to do it and have to remind them I would like to plug it in. The final straw is for MONTHS, there has been no cream cheese bagels ? When Asking an employee about it they just shook their head and was like “yeah we have butter…” . I stopped shopping there because of that simple fact. This is a 7-Eleven on Long Island and you don’t have good coffee and no cream cheese, bagels. I was informed today that hey, they started carrying cream cheese bagels! I was delighted. I went to purchase one and my co worker as well. For us to find out they were butter bagels slapped with a cream cheese sticker. So either they slapped all these stickers on and bamboozling customers or maybe there was an error and they still just didn’t check their merchandise. I didn’t say anything for a long time but like I said, I feel like it came to head and this was just the final straw because now I have a bagel in front of me that says both butter and cream cheese and I just wanted a cream cheese bagel. I’m only posting this in hopes that maybe you guys will read it and work on changing some things"
"At least half the times I go in there my wallet method of payment will not work losing me points that I am saving up for my grandchildren-not quite sure if it’s their internet service or cashiers who aren’t familiar with the Wallet-this NEVER HAPPENS IN THE OTHER TWO STORES IN RIVERHEAD I ALSO PATRONIZE AS WELL AS ALL THE OTHER STORES ON THE NORTH FORK I USE IN CUTCHOGUE AND GREENPORT WHO ALWAYS GET THE PAYMENT TO GO THROUGH !!"
"This morning, I walked into the 7-Eleven made my coffee and I lost a $20 bill between my truck and making my coffee the bill was nowhere to be found they gave me a complementary coffee I walked out of the store was sitting in my truck in disbeliefThat I just lost my $20 that I had for the day, one of the workers Sean Glogg and his co worker Big T , Walked out of store and handed me a $20 bill I asked him if he found it on the floor and he said no Sean and big T both took $10 out of their pocket and put it together and gave it back to me, I was in shock these two workers need to be recognized for their kindness please corporate if you read this reach out to your store 245 West Main St.Store number 38 488 And give them the credit they deserve they are great people you hired take care of them thank you"
"Used to be decent. The coffee is lukewarm, I tell the casher and he looks at me and tells me to have a good day. He understood perfectly what I had just said to him.. Bypass this 7-Eleven and go to the one at the Riverhead circle 5 minutes further down the road. Not a whole lot better but at least they have hot coffee."
"I love the location of the store , but certain employees need an attitude adjustment . what i purchase , or how much i spend is none of their business . They treat you differently if you so much have them go anything above 20$ on items , cause it means more work for them. just do the job and keep any comments to your self. Thank you"
