"Lily Bloom is the BEST! Iced Lychee green tea, iced Mango green tea and iced coffee are our go to drinks. The quick food bites are super good too!"
"We were very impressed by the egg tarts. But the customer service was unhinged."
"I received the worse bakery service ever since i lived in Brooklyn. I asked the lady about the item that i wanted. She told me look at the refrigerator with a really bad attitude. When it’s my turn to pay, I asked the cashier about the item I wanted, she told me to get it by myself. But the lady that helping with picking up the buns tell us do not touch, and she will help!!! I was really confused. But any way, I went to the refrigerator and got the item I wanted, and asked the third time, is the taro roll, and she looked at the tag and said it is NOT! And I am paying it already!! Never come back. I used to love their store, really need to review the employees performance, the 5th avenue location is away much better than 86th st location!!"
"Newly renovated and very spacious. The Portuguese egg tarts are the best I promise you it is the best you'll ever have and is worth the trip. It is not your typical egg tart. These things are huge."
"The portuguese egg tart the best. I went today and sold out. In the morning they have alway! The sponge cake is yummy! The asian pastry is not so sweet like western! Yummy yummy! Highly recomend"
