"The place is one of the better kept DDs in the area. Haven't eaten from there, because the donut selections are usually scarce. One thing that really loses me is how slow they are with the mobile orders. They are so busy chatting up the staff that you're mobile order is sitting there and no one acknowledges it until you're standing there wondering why the order you put in 15 mins ago isn't done and the receipt is still in the machine. They are usually apologetic for the long wait but still it's a reoccurring thing"
"It's one of the better Dunkin's around the place. It's well kept, spacious and the air feels clean. The staff are really pleasant and well mannered. Keep up the good work"
"Nice place but its shut down now with a fence around it and on sale with a realtor sign"
"I arrived in the store and ordered one large hot vanilla chai and two turkey bacons wraps. The tea was served after fifteen minutes waiting at the counter. I encountered about the rest of the order. One of the servers looked at me almost confused and then pointed to a male server who asked the female which one. He proceeded to make the order but left it on the counter and continued filling other orders. After an additional ten minutes I asked the female server is my food ready I have to go.?I was ignored . I said I need to get my money back . She told me that I’ll have to join the line again. In the meantime other servers are serving themselves food and going into the back room. I know the food was made but the male server left it on the counter and proceeded to serve other people who came after me. This is the most ghetto and unprofessional place I have ever visited. Surely the staff needs to be trained. This is my first and last visit. Dunkin’s are a dime a dozen"
"It seems new. There was a very small selection of donuts when I went--a Thursday evening around 6:30 pm. I only saw two employees at that time. The store was clean and well lit. There was no crowd when I went."
