"This bakery is located in Eataly at 200 5th Avenue. I had the ninsola (pictured) which is "hazelnut mousse covered in a thin layer of chocolate and crunchy caramelized hazelnuts." Despite the great sounding bakery's description, I found that it lacked what I consider the traditional flavor of a hazelnut pastry due to the addition of chocolate in the mousse. The color of the mousse was chocolate. I did not like the mousse's chocolate flavor, the pastry's $8.95 cost is not a factor in this review's rating. The staff did not seem very knowledgeable about the pastries they were there to sell. Answers to questions that I had about some of the pasties came with inexplicit answers."

"Being right next my work, we go to this bakery almost every week. Huge variety of pastry items. Our favorite is the Chanterelle, such nice puff in the middle with soft bread on each end. We tried the Rum soaked sponge recently, so good. It is really really soaked in rum, you get a good amount rum out of it. They offer mix match and discounted price for buying 4, 8, and 16 pieces."
