"4-5-24 updated I knew I shouldn’t of went back to this dirty location Armana has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and in what world do you think it’s ever alright for a customer to say the drink isn’t alright and you tell me I got an espresso it’s strong pour more oat milk in a already disgusting drink and when I ask for my money back you tell me to go on the app and not offer to make it over. $16 is a lot for 2 drinks. I still patronized them at a different location after that and it was much cleaner and got what I asked for. Dunkin you need to re-train if your ever gonna be better then or on the same wavelength as Starbucks their customer service is impeccable see pictures I’m not exaggerating 2 years ago Brought a double scoop a small sugar cone on the side and was not given a spoon. How am I supposed to eat it with out a spoon. Do better."

"Very bad experience. I waited 30 minutes for ice cream. Finally I went to ask for two with two scoop of ice cream.I went collect cream the gave gave me the ice cream because she made mistakes charging one isteed of two. I ask the counter person to give me one more and I going to pay for it but she refuse to do so I keep telling charge for the ice cream but she keep arguing with me. Like she wanna cover herself by saying the I’m @ fault. Never seen the DD staff like this."
