"Awful service. The server spilled my drink each time he served one. He also spilled my fries because he banged the plate on the table. No apologies whatsoever. You may want to change, every once in a while, the oil you fry things in. Fries smelled like you have used this oil forever. Very poor place. I regret my experience."

"Saddest most disappointing experience on Christmas day. Waited 10 mins for them to acknowledge and seat us but no response from the staff. If they are understaffed then stop taking reservations. We had a reservation not walk-ins. The staff, finally when he was stopped, asked us to ‘find a place and sit anywhere’ we wanted. Which was quite hard considering none of the tables were cleared. Utter disappointment! Had to walk out. Get your staff trained."
