"WE ARE NEVER BUYING FROM HERE EVER AGAIN! We have been coming to this location for years. This is the most upsetting experience I’ve had. We bought a pistachio twist however the cream inside was SOUR, tasted like it was spoiled. Naturally we went back to the bakery and asked the staff to exchange to a fresh one. However we were met with rude attitude and were told that there is nothing they can do and refused to refund or exchange. SERIOUSLY? You would rather lose a loyal customer over a spoiled pastry than doing the right thing and give a new one as exchange? This is just wrong on soooo many levels. In a city with hundreds of bakeries, we will NEVER come back, and we will share this terrible experience with all of our friends and family. BYE"
