"WE ARE NEVER BUYING FROM HERE EVER AGAIN! We have been coming to this location for years. This is the most upsetting experience I’ve had. We bought a pistachio twist however the cream inside was SOUR, tasted like it was spoiled. Naturally we went back to the bakery and asked the staff to exchange to a fresh one. However we were met with rude attitude and were told that there is nothing they can do and refused to refund or exchange. SERIOUSLY? You would rather lose a loyal customer over a spoiled pastry than doing the right thing and give a new one as exchange? This is just wrong on soooo many levels. In a city with hundreds of bakeries, we will NEVER come back, and we will share this terrible experience with all of our friends and family. BYE"

"One of our favorite sourdough of all time, and painting reframing flakey to bring joy to the senses, with their croissants. also we had a family emergency and they were extremely accommodating… An incredible business."

"Great local bakery! They bake high quality pastries. The palmier was delicious. I’ve had their pan au chocolat and plain croissant before and both were splendid. Highly recommend if you’re in Yorkville and looking for a good way to start your day."
