"I’ve been here 3x - date night, dinner with my older daughter and husband and dinner with my younger daughter and boyfriend. Each time it did not disappoint. Menu has a great variety, food is tasty and atmosphere is very cute!! The servers are all very nice and good at their job. Love this new addition to the neighborhood! Can’t wait to go for drinks outside in the fall!"

"The Red Parrot recently opened in Whitestone NY 11357. It is located where the old Clintonville Restaurant used to reside. Hubby & I decided to give it a try this evening. We were not disappointed. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. The staff are pleasant and the food is phenomenal. We started with appetizers. Hubby had the grilled stuffed cheese arepa with barbacoa beef. I had the nachos grande with pollo tinga. Both were delicious. For our entrees hubby had a grilled chicken burrito bowl and I had a grilled shrimp El Gran Enchilada. Both were flavorful & delicious. For dessert hubby ordered churros. He loved them. Our server Joyce was a pleasure. She was very hospitable, pleasant and helpful with our menu choices. I highly recommend this Red Parrot if you are in the area and in the mood for Mex-Thai fusion (and margaritas)."

"I was pleasantly surprised by this new spot being as good as it was since it's only opened about 1 month, I think. The food was excellent- fresh and tasty. I had a mango pina colada, which was delicious as well. They have a ridiculous number of tequila brands. If you prefer one, they probably have it. We tried the guac & chips (made fresh), money bag dumplings, burrito bowl & and enchilada - all were delicious! It is decorated tastefully with a Mexican vibe. They have indoor & outdoor seating. Go try this place!"

"It's such a great place! The service is great. The food and drinks were amazing. The decor is beautiful! We had the They make Thai Nachos! It's a huge serving, but I could have eaten the whole thing! And, they have rainbow cookie cake!!!!! I can't wait to go back!!!!"

"Visited for the first time with my wife and three kids. We started with Thai nachos followed by drunken noodles, red curry, pad thai, and pad see eew. All were excellent. For dessert we had churros and tres leches, both of which were thoroughly enjoyed. The staff were very friendly, attentive and enthusiastic. The decor was unique. I’d call it Thai-Mexican boudoir with an eclectic twist, such as the tiki room with its life-sized Elvis. We sat outside and it was lovely. Definitely recommend. We will be going again."
