"This has to be the worst bakery in the Bronx. Please pass them by. I order 2 cup cakes vanilla with sprinkles and and vanilla with vanilla icing. I asked first if the icing was butter cream the lady said uhhhhhh yes butter cream. When I got home I had a confetti cup with biege batter and sprinkles and a chocolate cupcake which I had been offered and declined. I Don't eat chocolate cake. The confetti cupcake was so nasty and tasted under cooked the icing was not butter cream but something out of a can. The strawberry short cake icing was nasty not butter cream just nasty maybe also canned or boxed icing. The cookie were crumbly under cooked dough like taste. Give the shortcake away. The cookies and cupcakes went in the trash. Did not think it safe to give away half cooked cookies. The tip off should have been how light they were, off to Grimaldi and the bakery boys 2 real bakeries"
"If I could give the food a 0 I would, however, the girl serving me was very polite. The cake tasted and smelled like rubbing alcohol, not in a good way, in a cardboard sandpaper way, and hardly stayed on the fork. Don’t waste your time money or sanity. Just because it’s morris park doesn’t mean its good. This place should be condemned."
"I just went there to get something sweet after eating and I decided to get the Oreo cheesecake for $6, I thought “I love Oreo Cheesecake, it should Be good” I was so wrong. The cheesecake did not taste anything like Oreos or cheesecake just straight refrigerador and it was disgusting. Just wasted my money, my time, everything and the service wasn’t great either, the girl looked scared to serve me so if she knew the bakery items were old why would she still serve them? It’s disgusting, poorly managed business and clearly not fresh goods. I’d rather go else where."
"Some of the items are alright, but their cakes just aren’t worth it unless they are the most basic styles you can make imagine. If you cannot do a cake with a little bit of flair, then don’t say you can. Also, the person taking the order was very pushy and trying to direct how our cake should be despite it not being a complicated design and with no one else being in the bakery, it’s not like she was in a rush. Maybe she just wanted to go back to being on her phone. Overall, for cakes, I just can’t recommend this location. Others in the area are more capable, friendly, and knowledgeable."
"Layout/atmosphere *Wrap around bakery display; two tables Food/drink *Cannoli - really good; didn’t short change on the cream filling; nice crunch on the shell, hint of cinnamon *Rainbow cookies - Good; raspberry filling; thicker than usual for this style of cookie"
