"I was very disappointed. The pastries tasted like soap and they left an after taste. All three of us had the same experience. Very pricey too. $8 for a medium Capp! I got two brownies for my son who told me that airplane brownies tasted better so into the garbage went the pastries. $60 bucks will end up in the garbage. Sorry I can’t eat this."
"This place was pretty good. The service was the highlight. They did a great job interacting and answering questions. I especially liked the packaging they put your purchase in. However, for 7.50 the little cup of creme brulee I had was meh. The top was a little on the bitter side and the bottom wasn't even solid. Too runny for my taste. My son had their chocolate milkshake and said it was great though. Very nice display and store layout. Worth a stop though. Please give them a try they have a large selection as shown in the photos. Peace out."
"This is a very popular pastry shop in The Bronx in the Little Italy neighbourhood. We visited mid afternoon for pastries & coffee. Their selection of sweets is vast: cakes, cookies, cannoli & more. Along with lattes & cappuccinos it was the perfect afternoon pick me up. A very pleasant way to spend 30 to 60 minutes in The Bronx."
"After tasting a few zeppoles on that main street, they have hands down the best ones. Don't rush to try the other popular bakery that I won't name down the street, try this one instead. The other is too commercialized, and this one kept to its italian roots. Great coffee too. And I knew it was good when there were two nonnas having an espresso at a table, chit chatting."
