"After a long day, I decided to visit DUNKIN’ Donuts and try out of their banana splits. The customer service was excellent as he patiently decorated my order with the right toppings. With the three flavors of marigold, pistachio almond and chocolate, I truly enjoyed the banana split. That dessert was good for the warm day."

"I've been to this location several times and only once the employees got my order right!! The staff,overall is very indifferent towards the customers and some of them don't want to,even be there. Last time I went in I ordered the iced coffee without any additives and I received just the opposite without an apology.The cashier didn't listen to my request and just assumed what I wanted.
