"honestly I always drive an hour away to any chip city I visit and I was completely disappointed in my visit at the Ridgewood location today. It’s Father’s Day and I seen they had the cannoli on this weeks lineup that’s my dad favorite cookie besides lemon berry and the way that they were frosted today I was a bit disappointed. Any other place I’ve gone too has always been frosted how it is in the picture. I know because I’m a frequent customer. This time it seems they just slabbed a little smear of cannoli cream on to a big cookie when honestly that’s what makes the cookie to begin with the topping on top. I’m sad because I drove an hour away for those and all of them are frosted the same not enough frosting like they normally put. Disappointed. I might take a while before I come back to shop again. :-(:-( look how little bit of frosting they put. It’s the best part of the cookie."

"Genuine experience at Chip City. I placed an online order yesterday for three cookies to try since I pass by the business almost everyday but unfortunately, they ran out of the said cookies for the day and called me. Leah went above and beyond to make it right. Not only did they refund my money, but they also gave me the cookies I ordered when I came by the store today and added duplicates as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience caused The cookies themselves take me back to childhood, having them with milk while watching your favorite show on tv. Thank you Leah and staff for making my experience, I appreciated the handwritten note for the surprise cookies! If they offer gluten free options in the near future, I would definitely try more options."

"Been going to this location since it first opened! The staff are always sweet, cookies are always warm & gooey, and the place is super clean! The merch is so cute too-I've gotten the blueberry plushee (great quality!) and italian rainbow candle (which smells exactly like the cookie and lasts a long time). I've had so many flavors since their menu rotates weekly like Vanilla Dulce Crumble, Nutella Sea Salt, Cannoli, Frootie Crunch and Lemon Berry (to name a few). My favorites I would recommend would definitely be Cherry Almond Pie, Blueberry Cheesecake, Italian Rainbow, Brookie, Smores, Chocolate Eclair, Pumpkin Spice Latte- I can go on! Would love if they could bring their matcha drinks back! I got it on their opening day and I could tell they used authentic matcha-the drink was incredible!"

"We walked into Chip City, craving a cookie or two. Of course, we left with a box of cookies. The location is small but quaint. There are different varieties to choose from, and the sizes are chunky and smelled so good. Staff was friendly. Art work on the walls and on the box were fun to look at. All forms of payments are accepted, and parking is available right outside. We ate the cookies within the first five days. Nothing beats the first day taste. However, the cookies still tasted good. Enjoy all the chunky goodness."
