"Went there on a weekend for the buy one get one free. After I left I realized they charged us for both drinks. I called and the manager took my name and said next time we come in she'll make it right. 4 or maybe 5 days later, I went back and the same manager said it's been to long and she would only honor 1 of the 2 free drinks we were owed.. I pointed out that she never gave us a deadline and we live quite far and it's only been 4 or 5 days.. she continually insisted that we should have come back sooner and would only honor one...I've never heard of such a ridiculous edict. Such poor customer service especially when there are 3 Starbucks in this town of Ridgewood."
