"Our son was graduating from college and we had to move him to Saratoga Springs. Weeks before graduation, we went online and made reservations for a 10 ft truck to be picked up in Potsdam and dropped off in Cohoes, my husband then printed out the confirmation. So, the day of the pick up we get to Potsdam, only to be told they don't have any 10 ft trucks and according to them we were supposed to pick it up in Canton. My husband showed them the printed confirmation and we were told that it had been changed and someone was supposed to contact us, they had not. So off to Canton we go. Upon arriving there, once again no 10ft truck, so we were forced to take a 15 ft truck which was way bigger than we needed or wanted. We pack it up and drive it to Saratoga Springs. We leave it there so our son can unload it and he takes it back to Cohoes the next day. Imagine our surprise when there appears on our credit card bill a charge of $35.00 for wrong destination drop off...WHAT. Now they say we were supposed to drop it off in Queensbury, Another change that we were supposed to be inform about but were not. Sent a complaint to the company and they offered us a $50.00 VIP card to use on our next rental....that's not gonna happen. When we told them that we just wanted them to refund the extra charge, we have heard nothing more from them. We will NEVER use this company again."

"I was very dissatisfied with the service from this dealer. I called 6 weeks ahead of time to have a 26 foot truck reserved. On the day of pick up went in at eight but they had no truck even there for us. Then we went home and called to be told they didn't have any truck there and had to check to find our reservation as they couldn't find it. Then we were told they would have to go another town to pick it up which is about a half hour away. We continued calling to see when the truck would be back. Was told at eleven it was just a short distance from there so went over to start the paper work as we were behind schedule. At which time no one was there to do any paper work. When the owner/manager came with the truck he went back into his office not saying a word to us. He did a work order for a customer who had been waiting, took phone calls, and conversed with another person. I was angry so stepped out and told my family to let me know when he was ready to talk to me. At almost noon I entered and was then told he had to await paper work to be faxed from the other dealer. WHY didn't he say something when he returned with the truck over forty five minutes before? I would never recommend these people to rent from to anyone. There customer service was absolutely unprofessional."
