"Old man behind the service desk is a bully. I recently moved to Potsdam and thought I'd give Scott's a try because of all the good reviews. Brought my vehicle in for an inspection. It failed inspection, which is fine because it's an old vehicle, but when we were discussing what needed to be fixed I tried explaining to him that the passenger side mirror has been missing for years, that NYS law does not require a passenger side mirror and it has passed inspection several times already at a different auto service, to which he replied "well why don't you take it back there". Um, okay? I guess I will then? Way to alienate a potential customer."

"Had my car detailed here. They did an excellent job at a very good price. I had a mark on the ceiling from putting makeup on and had forgotten to ask them to make sure they tried to remove it. Picked up the car and it was gone :-) I will definitely be doing this again next year :-)"
