"Sold a Ford escape to my sister without having the title himself, which is illegal, then held onto her money for 5 months before the DMV had to step in and told him to either give her the money back for the car he sold her illegally, or pay a very large fine. Also said some very distasteful things over text which prompted me to share our location for the meeting with friends for our own safety."
"The owner of this place sold my daughter a car claiming to be a registered dealer. He sold her the car with the same title he got from the town of brookhaven with his name signed as the buyer. Because he did this she couldnt register the car because he messed up the title. For months now hes been saying next week in two weeks next month... When she tried to return the car he said he cant give her her money back because he already spent it on his rent. He has failed to get the car inspected and now that he is a registered dealer he can still not pay a mechanic to properly fix the car so it will pass inspection and he can register it as a normal used car dealership can. He refused to return her money and has failed to produce a title for 4 months. Dont buy a car off this guy."
