"Where do I start. These people prey on the less fortunate. I am a grandmother with custody of my 7 grandchildren, I work really hard but unfortunately due to some unfortunate circumstances I fell on hard times and my credit score went down significantly. I needed a car and this company was the only ones that would accommodate me with such a low credit score. I bought this 2009 odyssey van 6 weeks ago and drove it for 3 weeks the car died on me , I called the shop and they sent a tow truck to get it, well guess what the car is still in the shop three weeks later with motor issues or so they say I have no idea what’s wrong with the car because no one in the office is professional enough to get on the phone, when Tom did get on the phone I asked him for a loner he rudely told me to he doesn’t do loners be patient. Don’t get me wrong I am very patient however, walking to work at my age and my medical conditions is not easy, I have never in my life seen such unprofessionalism, horrible customer service and just rude people. The only thing they get right is the pay schedule to pay which I’m having a hard time doing, being that I’m losing a lot of work due to no transportation, please don’t tell me to call Tom because as we all know Tom don’t answer. This place should be investigated for selling lemons to the unfortunate. Personally this is far from over I take being taken advantage of very lightly. Stay away from these people they are horrible."

I was extremely anxious about encountering salespeople who might be too pushy, not understanding my financial situation, etc. Well, I had the most pleasant, understanding , supportive experience ever. "I got recommended to this dealership because My car went down and I lost the transmission on it when I went to the dealership the gentleman John was helping me out and working with me I picked the car up. Everything was smooth, but then the next day the car started shaking and now working properly till now I am still trying to fix this problem and this happened two weeks ago I will not recommend this place not even to my worst enemy, they are just making up a bunch of excuses they never fix the cars, they get repo cars and just sell them. They don’t take it to the mechanic or check if anything is wrong with them. This place is no good."
