"I was involved in a very serious car accident in December 2023, and needed a rental car while all the insurance papers were being processed. My State Farm agent recommended Enterprise in Patchogue. Well from the moment Kerry Keyes, the branch rental manager answered the phone I knew I was in the right hands. She was able to rent me the exact car that I requested and had it ready for pickup the very next day at noon!!! What a relief during such a stressful time. I have to also thank Matt Feltman and Jake Guannico for assisting me with the pick-up, making sure the car was just right and that I was comfortable with not only the car but with explaining the terms of the insurance rental process. They all deserve 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! If you are in need of a rental car look no further than Enterprise in Patchogue."

It was easy to extend the rental as needed (2 times) while waiting for the weather to cooperate to finish the brakes after the part came in.
