"Still pondering a vehicle purchase here but I am out of state and found Andy to be attentive and helpful. He answered all my questions (I had a lot :) ) patiently and sent me additional information up on request. I feel comfortable buying from him if I decide to, and it looks like there are lots of happy customers leaving reviews on here."
"Purchased a Jeep Liberty from MyAutoInc. Adam (sales) and Andy (owner) were easy to work with and made the process seamless. Car was clean and prices were fair. So far vehicle is performing as expected. Very happy with the purchase. Would buy from them again."
"I recently purchased a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo X with low mileage and in great condition. I use it for work every day since July 1st and love the ride. Andy was very professional and helpful staff. if you are looking for a solid pre-owned vehicle visit his location."
"All this guys cars appeared clean and drove decent. He wouldn’t let me test drive anything till i put down a deposit and was going to buy it. Within a week of buying an explorer from him the fuel pump died which he did end up fixing after numerous teeth pulling phone calls, then within 3 months it needed a transmission. I don’t know where this guy is getting all these “low mileage” explorers and jeeps from but he sure is good at dressing them up to make them look better than they really are. None of these vehicles will hold up mechanically and they are way overpriced. Not worth anyones time. If you are in the market for a used explorer or jeep definitely look elsewhere."
"PLEASE READ. DO NOT BUY CAR FROM THIS MAN WITHOUT INSPECTION. Two weeks ago I bought a 2008 mercury mountaineer from My Auto Inc, 99,000 miles. I currently own one with 200,000+ on it. Andy guaranteed me there were no issues with it, no previous problems from when he bought it. The car fax looked good, minor minor rust on the frame and some on the rotors (from sitting). I test drove the car for roughly 20 miles, felt a slight loss of power, but not too much. There was a small hole in the exhaust system in which he told me was the cause of the issue and was no problem. Well 100 miles out side of town the check engine light comes on and something felt off. When taking it to a shop, they told me my catalytic converters were very very clogged and a the manifold gaskets had blown ($1,400). Something that was clearly a problem before and “way more than likely that they cleared the codes before selling it to you”. Took it to two mechanics to get make sure this was possible. They both agreed. After having it in the shop for six days I got it back and headed out on my way back home to Arizona. In the process the fuel pump blew out while pulling out of the parking lot two days in, ruining the sensors, pump, and shaft. ($4,200) Mechanics said it was from excessive carbon build up around the sensors and surrounding area….. something probably cause by a backed up exhaust and fumes coming back out of it. I asked andy during the first problem for some sort of compensation and he just argued the mechanics were wrong, denying me any help. Upon the second issue I contacted him and absolutely refuses to help. Do not buy a car here. Go else where."
