They had to order the parts because they did not have them in the dealership. This problem hasn’t been fixed for more than two years. As of today, I still go to the dealership asking when they will fix my car. Apparently they keep saying that the parts have not arrived yet. Like, what is that supposed to mean?! The parts have not been delivered for more than two years? This is sincerely unacceptable…"

"This is a bifurcation review. I was there today for a state inspection. The folks in the service department were very good and took care of me and the inspection. When I went to pay my bill for the inspection and new wipers I was presented with a bill that added a three (3) percent charge for paying with a credit card. To be clear this is reflection on management whom I've always had issues with since I bought our 2017 Corolla there. The people running this dealership as well as some of their administrative staff don't value their customers during and after their purchase. The three (3) percent charge is symptomatic of this climate. I was so annoyed by how I was treated there that I bought my 2018 Camry at a different dealer the following year. Credit cards are a convenience to customer and a cost of doing business. I will now consider using another dealer for the future that understands this."
