"I got an oil change here. After I left my AC wasn’t working. Coincidence? I’m not so sure. When I came before I should’ve learned my lesson. I have a new lease And when I came, I had a flat tire they replaced the wrong tire and the wrong rim on a brand new car charge me almost $800 and when I told him about it, they told me they would need to charge me again. I should’ve learned my lesson last time. I only came back because I had paid for oil changes in a package in advance. They asked me to rate the dealership. I had to wait 45 minutes to get my car. When I expressed this in the rating, I contacted and told to go somewhere else. Again unprofessional and inappropriate behavior. It’s easy to tell people to buy oil changes in advance and then tell them to go somewhere else, but you’re right I won’t be back. After I came in my AC stopped working and I don’t believe it’s a coincidence. It’s a new car."
