As he was trying to get parts for my vehicle, he kept me posted every other day letting me know the status, and when my car would be ready. "Carlos and the team at Pep Boys were extremely helpful! I arrived at 5pm and they said my state inspection could be a 2 hour wait, but after examining the staffing schedule and locating an available technician they were able to take care of my vehicle immediately. The whole thing was about a 17 minute wait or less. Very affordable, friendly, and comprehensive - will be back annually!"

"Absolutely do not waste your time. I came in Monday and waited 2 hrs to be told the part would have to be ordered while someone mishandled contacting my warranty providers to see if it was covered. Tuesday after calling back to ask the status of coverage, I was told my warranty would cover the repair and the part would be delivered that day. Pep Boys then called Wednesday and said the part was delayed and I said no problem, couldn’t come back until Friday anyways. Friday I called ahead to confirm they had the part and that I could be seen today since it had been a week at this point . I get here and waited over 4 hours to be told the wrong part was delivered and they couldn’t help me today. Where the emphasis on quality control? Customer service? Any sort of business sense? No one could open a box when I called x amount of times to confirm? 17 people came and left in the time I was waiting, their issues resolved on higher priority. Don’t waste your time. EDIT: it has now been 10+ hrs over 3 days and they told me they fixed the issue but it wasn’t fixed, so they did something unnecessary to my car and charged my warranty company for it for no reason."
