"My experience in this place is horrible, they sold me the wrong water pump for a German vehicle, and for this reason the mechanic had to dismantle half the engine and I paid double for trusting the useless employees of this place who are not only incapable but lacking. of the slightest education and respect for the client. When I spoke and explained my situation with the manager, not only did he not apologize, but he did not give even the slightest importance to what happened. It seems like customers don't care at all. The company probably pays them a starvation wage and they take it from us. Reflection: I will never return to Autozone again in my life. I hope this review helps possible unsuspecting future clients."

"My car batter had died, I called this store and the phone was answered immediately, the guy on the phone was super helpful and told me that as long as I can make it to autozone they’d help me out, they had the battery in stock and changed it in less than 10 minutes I was impressed. This review goes out specifically to Frank, he helped me tremendously and made the whole process so easy, amazing customer service! He changed that battery in a flash!"

"I am from North Carolina and I was traveling in NY. Around 9am I was driving into the city and had issues with my battery, came to this location and really appreciated the staff with testing my battery and alternator, providing me with my options and helping with the installation. Busy location from customers to phone calls but all I notice was smiles and awesome energy amongst the staff. I had to leave my appreciation here, thank you again Autozone, will recommend to my family and friends!"

"Understaffed. Went there on a Wednesday evening at 6:30pm and there were 2 employees and a line that was building up. I ordered ahead online but still had to wait in a long line to pick up my order. The line would have gone more quickly if 1 of the employees prioritized the customers in the store rather than taking phone calls that lasted 10 minutes each (not once bothering to say to the customer on the phone that there was a long line of customers in the store so he couldn’t field an additional 100 questions from the caller). The other employee kept disappearing from the register to search for things in the back of the store. Understaffed and staffed with a couple employees with poor customer service skills. Disappointing."
