"So disappointed in this experience... I purchased a truck for work in December from Roman. It needed new brakes and a new battery and there was a problem with the rear differential. NP, I sucked it up and fixed it. It's a used truck, right? But then by February it's misfiring and I've got oil pressure issues. My mechanic says there's a cracked manifold and myriad other problems. I bring the estimate back to Roman to give him the chance to do the right thing. He said that it's not good, the engine could be bad, he starts looking up another vehicle. Hes talking about a swap, but he wants his house mechanic to look over the estimate. I had to call this guy every single day for the course of three weeks to try to even get an answer for him to follow up and make good on what he said he would do. Then finally by text message. He lets me know if they don't have any intention of doing anything to either fix the truck or swap it out for a vehicle in good working condition that could pass New Jersey state inspections. If you want to be do a straight up fair deal that works for everybody, look elsewhere."

"Was sold a vehicle that within 90 days of the sale needed major repairs totalling more than the price we paid for the vehicle. When brought to Roman's attention, not only did he say he would either take it to his mechanic or exchange it for another vehicle. He said he wanted to 'do right' by us. Flash forward, 3 weeks later of ghosted calls and pure runaround, he tells us via text message that he is not going to do anything. If you like shady people and lemons, I highly recommend this guy and his NOT Quality Luxury Cars...if you don't like throwing your money or time away, avoid them at all costs. Let me finish by saying, if he didn't play games for 3 weeks, while we waited on his word of doing the right thing and he was professional enough to deal with this one way or another up front, I may have let my opinion slide.
