Enterprise Rent-A-Car

"Rented a car from here a few weeks back that was being billed through insurance. The process from start to finish was impecible. The team picked me up from the auto body center and set me up with a great car. At the end of my reservation there was a little snag with the final payment from insurance and I met with Dan who gave me direction on how to recfity. 3 weeks later Dan calls me personally to offer a close out message and letting me know that everything was handled. This was above and beyond in my book. SHOUT OUT TO DAN FOR THE AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!"

"I’ve rented with Enterprise numerous times from other locations and have never been so disappointed. I called them for days and the phone just kept ringing no one would pick up , and then I start getting harassing e-mails from them about returning the car when I had been calling for days trying to get someone on the line . It took me 7 times to keep hanging up and calling back to finally get someone to pick up to then be on hold for 10 minutes and then be greeted by Dan who was rude and very ignorant during our entire interaction. For them to say customer service is their top priority , I do not feel I was helped in anyway but rather harassed and chastised over the phone on when I was bringing the car back instead of asking how he could assist . I am utterly disappointed in the way I was treated ."

One of the managers even remembered me from past rentals and was exceptionally kind. He encouraged me to upgrade and offered me a deal, ensuring that my birthday was the best it could be. The location had a fantastic selection of cars, and there was no wait. I will always choose this location for all my rental needs!"
