"I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Avenue Motors, particularly with Andy, the Sales Manager. I purchased a 2019 Nissan GTR, a high-end vehicle, on Friday, August 2nd, which I flew out of state to pick up. I had informed the dealership that I would be in upstate New York, about 3.5 to 4 hours away. Despite the long drive, I made the trip to collect the car. However, on the drive back, it rained, and the next day, I noticed severe condensation and fogging inside both headlights. I immediately tried to contact the dealership on Saturday, but no one answered or returned my calls. It wasn't until Monday that I finally got through to someone, who directed me to the service manager, Deon. When I explained the issue to Deon, he repeatedly told me that I needed to bring the car in. He seemed completely oblivious to the fact that I was four hours away and had flown in from out of state. The car would need to be shipped back, but all he could say was that I had to bring it in. When I escalated the issue to Andy, the Sales Manager, I received the same dismissive response: "You need to bring the car in." There was absolutely no accountability from Andy or Deon for selling me a car with defective headlights. Both headlights clearly have a seal leak or crack, which should be covered by the dealership. Instead, they expect me to drive four hours back to them, disrupting my work and travel plans, just so their mechanics can take a look at the issue. The lack of responsibility and customer care from both the sales and service departments is appalling. I feel completely abandoned after purchasing such an expensive vehicle from them. This is not how a reputable dealership should treat its customers. I am deeply disappointed and frustrated, and this situation is far from over."

"I am utterly disappointed with my experience with the Avenue NJ team. I purchased a 2020 Porsche 911 at the end of May. After owning the vehicle for roughly 1 week we had decided to remove the vinyl wrap that had been added by management. What we found was shocking to say the least. The wrap was placed on the car to conceal tens of thousands of dollars worth of damage. The entire car was in need of a new paint job. After hiring legal consul the deal was canceled. Avenue picked up the car everything was OK at that time. Until Avenue refuses to fund the payment made on the vehicle. This dealer was proven NOT TO BE TRUSTED. I would not recommend any sort of high end vehicle transaction with his team."
