"I was able to get a good deal on the car. However, I had a hard time trying to get them to mail me my license plates. I had to repeatedly call the owner and he would even reply to my teXts whereas before the deal he would be quick in replying to my texts. I finally got them to mail me the plates, but they did not mail me the insPection certificate and would neither pick up the phone nor reply to my text as to where the inspection certificate is, and now I have a ticket for not showing the inspection certificate. I WOULD NOT ADVISE DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. I am not going to use them next time I need a car. Left voice mail yesterday and no call back. Called their customer service and had to leave another voice mail! They are supposed to be open....at least there is no automated message to the contrary."

The owner assisted me with getting my credit back on track, as well as working with my budget to best suit my needs. I have nothing other than GOOD to say about the incredible company. "Let me start by saying I wish there were more stars I could give these guys... This is my first Infiniti purchase as I have always been a big German Auto fan...with that said I have had years of experience with BMW (VOB) and Mercedes (Euro Motor)...but Nitro auto leasing is in a completely different league when it comes to Customer Service. I held off on writing my review until I had enough experience to make a judgment, so here I go::: SERVICE::: I'm going to start with Service because I just picked up my car and couldn't have been happier. (AMAZING DETAIL JOB).... JR (mike) is by far the BEST Service Representative I've ever interacted with.. This guy is best in breed when it comes to customer service... I'm usually in and out with a rental ready in less then 10min (would be 5min, but I got car seats to pull out)... .NOTE: I live in the city with an Infiniti dealership 15 min away, but willing to drive an HOUR to take my car from Nitro. That in its self says a lot about these guys... SALES:::I bought my Q50 from mike@nitro in Feb. of 2015. This guy went above and beyond to find the exact vehicle I wanted (paint, trim, opt, etc...) which they had to have frighted in from MD and all of this without ever stepping foot into the dealership ( via email and phone) until the day I picked up my car. No other Sales person or dealership would have ever risked spending the time and incurring the cost of shipping a car without pressuring you into a commitment... They did and now have customer for life!!! Did I mention they gave me the best price within 100 mile radius... Icing on the cake.."
