"Be forewarned.. I inquired about renting a car at that location in Bay Ridge. However, I declined to rent from there out of Principal. The reason, if you choose to rent a car with a debit card the deposit will be a $1,000. There is no reason for a rental To charge $1,000 deposit for debit card user. Most of all major rental agencies give customers an option to use either a CC or debit for a reasonable deposit. I was planning to use a credit card, but with these practices and not giving renters unlimited miles, I said no way."

"Rented for the first time w/ EZ Rental in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, and had a very positive experience. The manager Ruth was so nice and helpful. I rented a car for Thanksgiving and it was quite busy, but instead of making me wait a long time, Ruth gave me a free upgrade to an available car. The car was clean and well maintained. Upon returning the rental, I realized I had filled up the gas way more than what was required, and I was given a partial refund against my rental which I thought was very thoughtful --many other rental car places would just take the free gas and not do anything for their customers! Overall, very pleased and would definitely rent again from this location!"
