"I would give them zero stars if I could. They had my car stolen. I bought a car here... traveled from NJ to pick it up. When driving home, I realized there was no heat or AC, the stereo didn't work, and the transmission was shot. I went back and forth 7 times for repairs. Eventually I got a receipt for a "new transmission" that they supposedly put in.. which they didn't, because it had the same issue.. I brought it back one last time. A few days later, they call me to tell me to pick up my car. I get there and am handed the keys. I was told to go around to the back to get my car. My car wasn't there. I went back in and the dealer goes, "oh well, it must have been stolen" and tells me I'm out of luck and to file a claim with my insurance."
