"I have a contract with this company for one year. Every week for six months I paid $300 for plate’s rent (I will provide all papers and printouts of transactions from the bank). Two days ago I called them and asked them to send me a new car insurance, since mine expires in two days. To this he told me that I needed to wait and that they had some problems with it. Yesterday I sent a new payment and again asked for insurance, and also in the near future I said that I wanted to rest for a couple of days, since I worked for 6 months without a day off. This morning I had to work and went to my car, there were no plates on it, they had been stolen. There was a camera nearby and they made a copy of the video for me of someone stealing my plates. I contacted the police and they made a report. As it turned out, the plates were stolen by an employee of this company with which I have a contract. I called them and he, without explaining the reason, told me that he could not give me new insurance, took the numbers and would not return my deposit and the last payments for plates and insurance, which I never received. This company is a scammer. They stole the numbers and are not returning my money. Because of this, I was left without work, without plates and without money. I will sue, but this is a long process. I have a small child, a one year old daughter. These people broke the contract, stole the plates and are not giving me my money back. We are also filing a class action lawsuit against them for fraud ⚠️⚠️⚠️. If you have been deceived by these people pls join us!!!"

"Very very very bad the lady who works as a customer service representative is very bad and rude I asked if they have any tlc car for rent she said she doesn’t have anything at the moment then I asked her when will be the cars available she said there will be no cars for the next 4 5 months she works on Thursdays I don’t know what is the point of even working or keeping the company if you can’t provide a car. For the lady “if you don’t want to work don’t work but don’t waste other people’s work like this lazy woman”"

"My story happened in 2019. This has bothered me for over a year. I even wish I could give 0 stars. I rented a 2016 Dodge minivan here. They won't let me see the car without paying and signing. When I paid and signed and saw the car I was shocked, really shocked. I have never in my life seen a car that is used to transport passengers so dirty and smelly. Leftover potato chip residue scattered everywhere and hard to clean oily stains on the interior. The canvas seats were really dirty. When I got the car I had to go to the car wash and spend time cleaning the interior. When I returned the car early I lost my deposit as expected, I really can't stand the smell of the car, many passengers gave me 1 star because of the bad smell. They didn't even give me a receipt to return the car, so I couldn't prove to ezpass that I had returned the car. I've run into a lot of issues and these are the main ones. I don't want to write more about the poor service attitude. I will never deal with this rental car company again in my life. I hope that those who rent a car from this car rental company for the first time can think carefully."
