"I give this 5 star ONLY TO ANEISHA WILLIAMS ! She is the best and throughout the misleading/Insufficient information others did , she stepped in and HELPED ! I was very frustrated and she didn’t take my frustration to the extreme. She made me feel comfortable and at ease even tho the situation was a little frustrating. She was calm , very smiley. Even tho I came in there like Angry from Inside out ! She turned me into Joy! I THANK AND ONLY APPRECIATE ANEISHA ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO DEAL WITH HER IF YOU CAN ! She gives you all the information you need."

"You’d think or organization as large as enterprise would be able to figure out something as simple as reserving a car. My flight was cancelled so I scrambled to book a car. I reserved a car online and then followed up with a phone call to confirm my reservation yesterday. This morning I was made aware they had no cars after the expense of an Uber ride to pick up the rentals. The person at the location was empathetic which I appreciate, it’s not her fault, but a company whose business is literally booking and renting cars surely should be able to manage things better. I am shocked by the lack of professionalism and systems in place to prevent this."

"Very professional people and there too help you get the best rental you want.! clean cars if the car needs a car wash they will get it done for you ASAP. Also, they really treat their customers with respect. Gustavo and Alicia are the best. !!!! If I ever needed to rent a car again, I definitely will be there And I don’t understand how people can give this place a bad rated you’re not there to buy a car…. You’re there to rent and bring it back simple as that. Acting like your getting a Rolls-Royce for $65 a day lol Thank you enterprise and everyone that works at this location."

"Staff work really hard to provide you with good service. Cars are cleaned well. The downside is that this location is too small for the amount of business they provide. The area is congested, making it difficult to drop off the rental. Cars are parked on the sidewalk, which is probably a violation due to preventing pedestrians from walking on the sidewalk without maneuvers between cars. Enterprise should consider purchasing the lot next to them or relocating to another convenient neighborhood location. Albeit for me it is the cheaper option than the hassle of renting at JFK airport."

"First off I called they stated they have vehicles. I get to the location they tell me the cars have expired tags then proceeded to try and upcharge me $5 when they are inconveniencing me it should be a free upgrade if you don’t have my car available! 2 weeks now I have been trying to get a rental and it’s ALWAYS NO CARS AVAILABLE HORRIBLE FOR BUSINESS!"
