"Not everyone has a utility bill in their name. I have car insurance, a valid driver's license but because I only have a debit card that says visa it's not enough for enterprise which SUCKS and it feels like discrimination"

"This was the worst experience of my life with the enterprise at 832 communipaw ave, jersey city NJ 07304. i returned the car on 27 june and didn't get the deposit back until 11 july.Totally they may charge me 163$ but they did 551$. I called them, wrote to email, wrote to customer service, 0 result, they say this is a problem with your bank. Moreover, on the day when I took the car, all the employees left work and closed me in the parking lot. I couldn't get out of there for 1.5 hours. I called customer service, road assistance, police department, they all refused to help me. Only when I called 911 and said that my life was in danger, they came and released me by sawing off the lock with a saw. horror. Never again in my life will I use their service. They don't care about customers."
