"I have a problem: I bought a new engene from you and they gave me a guarantee for 100k ml or 3 years, 8 months have not passed and no more than 30k ml and there is already noise in the engine. When I came to your dealer workshop, they ask me for the engine number!!! Excuse me, I bought specifically from you, why can't you see for yourself, but demand the engine number from me? I paid above cost and almost 8k$ for the engine. And now your employees are playing and do not want to fix it under warranty. What does it mean that the warranty is false? I'm waiting for your answer, I think everyone who reads now is wondering if the warranty covers or others will have the same problem!"

"Been coming here for service for all my cars...for about 20 years. That should tell you something. Hadn't been here since before the pandemic. Kenny told me he had recently been thinking what happened to me. Figured I probably bought a new car. Nope, but my car needed the AC checked. It blew through refrigerant I added, so I had them check it out. They didn't find a leak. Refilled the refrigerant, and added a tracing dye...just in case there was one. Told me to drive it around 100 miles. If I lose the refrigerant...bring the car back. Also had the oil changed. Price was reasonable like ALWAYS. Great service, AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE."
