"Complete joke of a location. The guy working at the desk, who goes by the name of Harshal, has no idea how to do his job, could care less about customers, and is a sad excuse for a person. Be aware that this company will charge you random unnecessary charges because employees are completely clueless and have no direction. Avoid this location at all costs."

"Be careful! They modify your Fuel Changes Receipt after several days. When I return my car, I fueled up and return in fill. The guy at checkout desk confirmed that. But several days later, I received an updated receipt saying I have additional fuel service fee for $22.63 for 0.4 gal gas. What a thief!"

"Firstly, communication was somewhat of a hurdle. Although the staff were polite and attentive, the strong accent made understanding the details and nuances of our agreement quite difficult. As foreigners, this posed an additional challenge for us. It's essential when renting a car, or undertaking any contractual obligation, to clearly understand the terms of the agreement. Interestingly, it seemed like a significant number of the customers were familiar with the staff's accent, which could be due to a shared cultural background. However, as a foreigner, it took extra effort to understand all the particulars of our agreement. My most significant concern, however, came after the rental period. The invoice on my card was almost double the amount we had initially agreed upon. While I don't believe this was a deliberate act, it does highlight the importance of clear communication and understanding. I'd recommend anyone planning to rent a car from this location to be extremely cautious. Ensure you thoroughly understand all the terms, charges, and fees before you commit. Do not hesitate to ask for clarification or even bring a friend fluent in English to help ensure clear communication. Despite friendly service, it's crucial to remember that clear understanding and transparency are key to a good experience."

"Not lenient with car drop off. The guy was still there after hours but refused to take the keys for the car, saying that he “didn’t care if it got stolen, it’s not my car.” Customer service was truly awful from pick up to drop off. Take your money elsewhere."
