"We had a great experience with Jmac Imports. Marcos was the salesperson I dealt with starting with my original call about a car I saw online. He was very helpful, and very honest throughout the process, and he sent me a carfax in a matter of minutes. Used car dealers generally have a bad reputation as being dishonest, hiding dealer fees, and of course the old bait and switch routine. Not here! Marcos and his manager Jim (from Brooklyn....sorry Jim I meant BRONX!!) were the complete opposite. They were responsive, honest, accommodating, and easy to work with. The dealership is not fancy. Its essentially a warehouse near the end of a side street. But the service and responsiveness and honesty make this place shine. The car was exactly as described, and we bought it for a great price. It was worth the drive. Marcos did a great job making this happen. When I am in the market for another used car, they will be my first call."

"Bought an EV with a good price. The workers were nice and the owner/sales experience was honest. No b.s. add-on fees, just straight add-on (average documentation fee) that was already stated on the website. There was a tire problem that I found out after signed the contract. I believe they did not know about it either. The manager honored his words and paid for the tire a month later. I recommend this place."

"Complete misrepresentation and false information about a vehicle purchased. A complete lack of integrity on a vehicle the claimed did not need a thing. Do not do business with anyone from here. They lack the most common issue to the public and that is trust. They 100% do not stand behind what they sell. And yes I am referring to JMac Import & Export. I’m not confusing it with somewhere else."

The salesperson was timely and I had a fine experience. I was given all the correct factual information about the automobile. I do recommend getting all your facts straight before visiting so that they coincide with what you're buying. These people are professional and courteous. Their inventory seems of quality and quantity at the same time. They are worth the time and effort if they have at automobile that you're looking for."
