"***IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY I RECOMMEND BRINGING YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE‼️*** YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED‼️ Always issues here. This dealership is the type you hear the nightmare stories about. You have to pull teeth to get the correct repairs performed if they’re even checked at all, no loaners, waiting for parts, car is ready for pickup but when you get to the dealership it’s not ready. I will never do business with this brand or franchise ever again and i’ll be sure to let people know about the experiences me and my significant other have had here on numerous occasions. They have also damaged vehicles while holding onto them for long periods of time for “repair” only to show up for pickup with plenty of damage that they try and pass onto you hoping you don’t notice. I am a top tier automotive professional and am regularly in numerous shops for all brands. THIS IS NOT OK. I will be sending an email from corporate to corporate regarding this and other unprofessional issues. *UPDATE* Lynnes Hyundai now wants to charge well over $200 to replace a headlight bulb. Now contemplating legal action for damages. The amount of time and energy dedicated to this is astronomically unreasonable along with how increasingly frustrating every interaction is becoming."

"First time in this Hyundai dealership. Our sales person Axel Lopez was awesome. First thing he said was “I’m going to ask you what deal you want and I’ll make it happen”. Axel made it happen with his finance manager Jorge Narvaez. They were both very friendly and explained everything the right way. As a sales manager myself I can say I am very happy with their service. My wife is happy with her new car purchase. They had a sales manager who I forgot what his name was because he was very arrogant and so full of himself. He tried to talk to my wife and I about how the numbers work as if we were delusional. Glad he walked away and we worked with Axel and Jorge instead. Axel Lopez and Jorge Narváez are the reason for this 5 star review. Thank you fellas! Keep doing your thing!"

"My lease was up and I intended on buying out the car that was in my possession for the last 3 years however Jeremy assisted me with a new lease. I had an appointment this past Tuesday at 5:30 and after seeing the newer cars on the lot, I wanted to explore my options. Jeremy was very straight forward, super helpful and the process was smooth. I would definitely recommend him as a cars salesman at Lynne’s Hyundai. In addition, I brought my toddler in with me during my appointment.. luckily I was basically the only customer in there so Jeremy and a few other workers played catch with my son while I was signing and filling out papers. About 2 hours at a dealership with an almost 2 year old and expecting them to sit in a chair the whole time is hard but Jeremy and a few of the other guys were very understanding and kind while entertaining my son.
