They checked my oil (I mentioned I was going on a trip, but was due for a change), and removed the dead leaves under the hood (and noted that they typically clean that out during the oil change and why it's good to remove that stuff). Then sent me on my way. No up-charges, treats everyone with respect, really knowledgeable, and informative. Nice to know places like this still exist!"
