"This review has been a LONG time coming. I bought a "Certified Pre-owned" 2021 Mustang Mach E from this "dealership" about 2 months ago. I thought I was getting an awesome deal. The car should have been thoroughly checked out before sold. Well it wasn't. I received a car with no tow hitch (took a month of constant phone calls to get that), MONTHS worth of software updates, oh yeah and 2 unserviced recalls! I fully understood I was not getting a new car but an incomplete one is garbage. My sales person was.... Well a joke. All he wanted was to sell the car. He was a yes man but never delivered. "hey can I get the battery health of the vehicle" "oh yeah sure just plug it in and charge it to 100%". Then there was the tow hitch that took a month (fun fact the next dealership over had the part. Took them a month to tell us that). The only way to get "Danny"'s attention was to go into the store. The man has obviously never checked a voicemail. Then Ford gives you this 100+ point inspection. GUESS THAT DIDN'T INVOLVE TIRE PRESSURE BECAUSE MINE WAS 4 PSI UNDER WHAT IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN. Not to mention the recalls weren't done and serviced, and I had a faulty front sensor (used for parking detection and front collision detection). This place does not take its customers seriously and it would be best if you looked elsewhere when buying your Ford vehicle."

"The service department is the best I've ever experienced. I was on vacation from out of town when my vehicle broke down after hours. I called them the next morning, and they said they would look at it. Within 2 hours I had a call back from Carlos Santana and he said no worries they were going to get it done and totally understood our situation of being from our of town and staying at a hotel. He had it done that afternoon for us and back on the road!.... absolutely top notch customer service/support. I wish I lived closer to be able to use such knowledgeable and compassionate service. Definitely check them out for all your Ford needs...... Mark D."
