"Worst service ever!!! Please do not use this service. I rented a car and tried to drop it off same day and they wouldn't accept it, the next day I dropped off late due to weather and they proceeded to charge me for another day. They would not take the weather into consideration. Definitely the worst!!!! I asked to drop off early and they refused but was 1 hour late due to weather and they charged me for an additional full day."
"I rent a car through Priceline confirm me . When I came to this location Kumer receptionist told me no car available., also tell me I left you voicemail. I checked my voicemail he never call me or left me a voicemail. He is lying to me and very very route with me. Then I called price line they are apologize to me. There are few other people came for car he provided to them. Kumer is very very unprofessional I have deal with. I"
"Never ever again will I rent from this place! Rented a mini van for one week- you would think they would inspect the vehicle before renting. They are so adamant about returning vehicle with a full tank of gas BUT never did they bother checking if tire pressure was ok (all tires were at different pressure- 30-34-39-36) windshield wiper fluid empty and oil was at 17% !! When I called I was told “it’s ok don’t worry the car will be fine”!! Absolutely the worse customer service experience! Good luck to those renting here - I’m just glad I wasn’t stuck on the side of the road!"
"One of the best car rental experiences we have ever had. The gentleman who helped us (I think he was Sadhan -but not sure) was friendly and helpful. The car was ready and waiting. The office was clean. When we returned the car 2 days later, nothing had changed - still a great experience. We dropped off the car on the parking deck where we had picked it up and handed in the keys. 2 days later, we got a text that the return had been processed with no problems. Would definitely rent at this location again if the need ever arises. Thank you for a problem free rental!"
