"Came to try and get a car but was unable to do so. When my wife and I decided to leave and try somewhere else the guy told me that if I get my credit checked at another location not to come back because our credit was trash now and if we came back it would be on fire. They are disrespectful and unprofessional. Don't shop here if you don't have good credit. They over charge for the down payment. After I posted this review the manager called my wife and attempted to convince her to remove this review because they claimed it would hurt their business. Then the next day they attempted to claim to get us in a car."
"Felix and the owner kelvin made it easy to shop for a used vehicle, the entire staff was very helpful, I felt a drag in the gears switching, so I will go to speak to them today.
